
Currently, the Provincial Border Guard Force Traditional Liaison Committee has 560 active members. The Traditional Liaison Committees at all levels regularly encourage members to effectively participate in activities, uphold and promote the traditions of the Border Guard Force, and contribute to building a stronger and more prosperous homeland.
During the past term, the Liaison Committee successfully organized activities to promote and encourage former Border Guard soldiers of the province to uphold and develop the heroic traditions of the force, setting a leading example in local movements. Many former Border Guard soldiers of the province, after leaving the army, have continuously strived and grown into leading officials in localities, units, and businesses, making positive contributions to the development of their homeland.
The Provincial Border Guard's Traditional Liaison Committee also organized visits, offered encouragement and financial support to 9 former Border Guard soldiers suffering from serious illnesses, paid respects to deceased comrades; visited, presented gifts and provided material support to 25 members, awarded scholarships to 16 children with a total value of 100 million VND, and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers...

Delivering a guiding speech at the congress, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Huynh Thi Thuy Dung, emphasized that, with their function and nhiệm vụ as a specialized force in border protection work of the province, while still serving in the Provincial Border Guard Force, the comrades dedicated their youth, sweat, and blood to firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the border and islands. Now retired, they continue to uphold the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," striving to contribute their efforts and intellect to building an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland.
Comrade Huynh Thi Thuy Dung also requested that the Party Committee, the Provincial Border Guard Command, and the former military personnel continue to pay attention to and coordinate in implementing policies to support the families of soldiers, and to express gratitude to the heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, and sick soldiers.

The congress elected the Provincial Border Guard's Traditional Liaison Committee for the 2024-2029 term, consisting of 11 members; Colonel Pham Van Ngạnh - former Deputy Commander of Political Affairs of the Provincial Border Guard - was elected as the head of the committee.
On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Command awarded certificates of commendation to 7 individuals who had achieved outstanding results in participating in the Liaison Committee's activities during the period 2019 – 2024.
