The film held its opening ceremony on the morning of May 25th in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to director Khuong Ngoc, this film is part of a series of projects about women, especially those who are mothers and grandmothers.

"I want to convey the sacrifices of my mother and grandmother to the viewers. We can see a part of our own life memories again so that we can cherish, appreciate, and value family bonds even more," director Khuong Ngoc shared.

The term "gold nugget" in the film's title is a metaphorical expression, representing lofty spiritual values.
The film will focus on exploring the close relationships between generations within a family, thereby conveying core values and profound meanings about kinship.
Aside from the title and main message, director Khuong Ngoc is currently keeping the film's content and the cast of this project a secret.

According to the producer, 856 Pictures, in addition to the main setting in Ho Chi Minh City, the film will have scenes shot across the region from Bao Loc to Binh Thuan.
The film is scheduled to be released to audiences in October 2025.
