After a period of high prices, lemon prices in the Mekong Delta have decreased by 7,000-13,000 VND/kg compared to more than two weeks ago. Seedless purple-flowered lemons are being purchased by traders and wholesalers at 17,000-20,000 VND/kg, while previously the price was 30,000-33,000 VND/kg. Seedless white-flowered lemons and paper lemons are priced at 18,000-22,000 VND/kg, up from 25,000-30,000 VND/kg previously. The price drop is due to increased supply, difficulties in export, and decreased lemon consumption.
Fertilizer prices have risen sharply.

Farmers choose to buy fertilizer at a store in Can Tho City.
Compared to about a month ago, the prices of many types of fertilizers in the Mekong Delta have increased by approximately 20,000-50,000 VND per 50kg bag and are currently very high. DAP Ca Mau, DAP Con Co, DAP Nga (black granules), DAP Tuong Phong green, and DAP Hong Ha green are being sold at many agricultural supply stores for 1.29-1.4 million VND per bag. DAP Korean and DAP Philippine are priced at 1.465-1.515 million VND per bag. NPK 20-20-15 Co Phap and Dau Trau are priced at 1,050,000-1,105,000 VND per bag. Phu My Urea, Ninh Binh Urea, and many types of imported Urea from China are being sold at 750,000-975,000 VND per bag; Ca Mau Urea is priced at 980,000-1,000,000 VND per bag. Prices have increased due to rising raw material and input costs, as well as higher fertilizer prices on the world market.
