DAT Group accelerates digital transformation.

DNVN - DAT Group Joint Stock Company andFPT Digital have officially launched the Consulting Project for building a digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the period 2025-2027. This is an important strategic step to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and strengthen DAT Group's position in the market.

Mr. Tieu Van Dat, General Director of DAT Group, and Mr. Le Hung Cuong, Deputy General Director of FPT Digital, signed the agreement digitally, along with leaders from both sides, to launch the project.

At the launch ceremony, Mr. Tieu Van Dat, General Director of DAT Group, emphasized: "Digital transformation is a strategic step that helps us not only improve efficiency but also build a digital culture, making us flexible and always ready to embrace new opportunities in developing advanced products, solutions, and services. The project "Developing a roadmap and implementation plan for DAT Group's digital transformation in the period 2025-2027, with a vision to 2030" will be implemented in collaboration with FPT Digital, and will consist of three phases.

Initially, FPT Digital will conduct a survey of the current state of digital transformation to gather the necessary information for analyzing and evaluating the current level of digital transformation at DAT Group across six major categories: Customer digital experience; Strategy; Digital infrastructure and technology ; Operations; Corporate culture transformation; and Data and information assets. The survey results will serve as the basis for analysis, orientation, and identification of key objectives in building a comprehensive digital transformation strategy at DAT Group.

Next, FPT Digital will prioritize and develop a digital transformation roadmap, as well as determine how to implement digital initiatives based on capabilities and development potential, aiming for the highest efficiency in DAT Group's post-digital transformation activities.

Finally, FPT Digital will provide training and guidance on digital transformation at DAT Group, equipping the core team with comprehensive knowledge and skills to be ready for deployment, ensuring the digital transformation process stays on track and achieves the set goals. Digital transformation communication will also be established to ensure company personnel are fully aware of each transformation stage and receive support from stakeholders.

With a digital transformation roadmap designed by FPT Digital, DAT Group expects to achieve significant advancements in technology, especially in the fields of industrial automation and renewable energy, maintaining its leading position in Vietnam and expanding into the international market.
