Ukraine claims to have shot down three Russian cruise missiles

TASS news agency reported on October 28 that Russia's first deputy permanent representative to the United Nations Dmitry Polyansky said at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council that the US is deliberately trying to escalate the conflict in Ukraine.
