The highest political resolve for the New Era – the era of Vietnam's rise to build a strong, prosperous, democratic, just, and civilized country – has been demonstrated in the determination of the Party and State leaders.

General Secretary To Lam: Unleashing the great strength of the great national unity
With the strength and momentum accumulated after 40 years of national renewal, and with new opportunities and prospects, we are facing a historic chance to usher the country into a new era, an era of national progress. This is an era under the leadership of the Party, successfully building a prosperous, strong, democratic, just, and civilized Vietnam, so that by the middle of the 21st century, our country will become a developed, high-income nation, following the socialist orientation, successfully fulfilling the aspirations of President Ho Chi Minh and the entire nation, and bringing the country to stand shoulder to shoulder with the world's leading powers.
To achieve that goal, strongly fostering patriotism, the aspiration for contribution, the will for self-reliance, self-confidence, self-strength, national pride, and promoting the great power of national unity, combining national strength with the strength of the times, is of crucial importance – this is the responsibility of the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army, in which the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations play a core role with a glorious and noble responsibility.
…In this new revolutionary period, every Party committee, government, cadre, and Party member must continue to deeply understand the position, significance, and importance of national unity and the work of the Fatherland Front; uphold responsibility for the activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations within the mechanism of "Party leadership, State management, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations as the core for the people to be masters," associated with the motto "The people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people inspect, the people supervise, and the people benefit." I propose that Party committees and governments at all levels continue to pay attention to leading, directing, and coordinating more closely and regularly with the Fatherland Front in a sincere, open-minded, attentive, dedicated, and committed manner in resolving the people's affairs. Continue to supplement and refine policies, laws, and regulations to mobilize all resources, promote patriotism, national pride, and the creativity of all social strata, organizations, and individuals in the cause of building and firmly defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
We firmly believe that the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels will continue to innovate, be proactive and creative, unite the broad and strong strata of the people to work together, uphold the patriotic tradition, the resilience and strength of the Vietnamese people, resolutely overcome all difficulties and challenges, seize new opportunities, and confidently and selflessly enter a new era - the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise; all for the goal of "a prosperous people, a strong nation, democracy, fairness, and civilization".

President Luong Cuong: A strong aspiration for national development.
After nearly four decades of reform and deep international integration, rising from the ashes of war, Vietnam has become a symbol of peace, a shining example in the global economy, and a country of opportunities. Now, Vietnam enters a new era with a new mindset, with a strong aspiration for a prosperous and happy nation, and with unwavering faith in a bright future. Its foundation is a rapidly developing and dynamic economy, ranking 35th in the world, with a strong and stable political system centered on the people.
Vietnam is a patriotic, confident, self-reliant, and strong nation with a population of over 100 million people; it has many international friends and partners across five continents; and it consistently adheres to the principles and viewpoints of independence, self-reliance, self-strength, multilateralism, diversification, for peace, cooperation, and development. Vietnam's strong development will open up many new opportunities for both domestic and international businesses in various fields, from trade, industry, agriculture, and tourism to infrastructure, logistics, and high-tech sectors. The Vietnamese market has, is, and will continue to offer many advantages and benefits that few other places can provide for international businesses and investors.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh: Turning difficulties and challenges into opportunities for breakthroughs.
Many difficulties and challenges lie ahead, but no difficulty can hinder the determination and strength of national unity. Each challenge is an opportunity for us to grow, affirming the strength and character of the Vietnamese people. Let us ignite an even stronger flame of determination and move forward together to build a bright future for our country. Our tireless efforts today will be a solid foundation for tomorrow's prosperity, for the sake of future generations, as our beloved President Ho Chi Minh once advised.
Under the leadership of the Party and the supervision of the National Assembly, the Government focuses on directing ministries, sectors, and localities to promote the strength of national unity, the spirit of innovation and creativity, the courage to think and act, the will for self-reliance and self-improvement, and the aspiration to rise, transforming all difficulties and challenges into opportunities for breakthroughs, with high determination, great effort, and decisive action to successfully achieve the set goals, competing to achieve outstanding results to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party, bringing our country confidently and steadily into a new era, an era of national progress, affirming the role and position of the country in the international arena, and making positive contributions to peace, cooperation, development, and prosperity.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man: Focus on removing and unblocking bottlenecks.
The National Assembly has focused on and quickly addressed the three biggest bottlenecks currently facing the country: institutions, infrastructure, and human resources. Institutions, in particular, are the "bottleneck" of "bottlenecks," aiming to create the foundation and prepare in all aspects for our country to enter a new era – an era of national progress. By considering and deciding on many important issues, promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles, supporting people and businesses, and creating breakthroughs to improve infrastructure, maximize resources, and create new development spaces, the National Assembly has been able to achieve significant progress.
The investment policy for the North-South high-speed railway project is clear evidence of innovative thinking in national infrastructure development, not approaching it in isolation or on a piecemeal basis, but rather planned from a holistic perspective, harmoniously combining economic, social, and environmental goals. This is not just a transportation project, but also a symbol of aspiration, a spirit of innovation, and decisive action, ready to overcome challenges to open up great opportunities for the country.
