Inspired by the picturesque beauty of Tuyen Quang, author Le Ngoc Huy presents to the Happy Vietnam Photo and Video Contest, organized by the Department of External Information, Ministry of Information and Communications , natural moments of the landscape and people of Tuyen Quang.

Tuyen Quang also preserves many ancient architectural works, including the Bao Ninh Sung Phuc stele, which has been recognized as a national treasure. In the field of intangible cultural heritage, the province has 40 unique festivals, and notably, the "Then Tày - Nùng - Thái Vietnam" ritual practice has been recognized by UNESCO as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

The photo contest on the Vietnam.vn website is open to all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and above, aiming to honor individuals and groups with positive informational products that make practical contributions to promoting a beautiful image of Vietnam to the world. It also helps people in Vietnam, overseas Vietnamese, and international friends access authentic images of Vietnam, its people, and its achievements in ensuring human rights, moving towards a happy Vietnam through the authentic, vivid, and objective perspectives of professional and amateur photographers from Vietnam and abroad.
