Playing a pivotal role in organizing and implementing programs, grassroots youth organizations and associations have proactively surveyed their areas, identified actual needs, advised Party committees and authorities on developing plans, and actively mobilized social resources to organize and implement initiatives in disadvantaged and border areas, with key contents such as: "Sharing with farmers," "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses," "For our beloved younger generation," supporting digital transformation, joining hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas, protecting the environment, and ensuring social security.
Through this, many practical projects and activities have been implemented, such as: donating essential goods; providing labor support for building and repairing houses for disadvantaged families; transferring production techniques and guiding measures to protect crops and livestock from the cold; establishing youth teams to respond to natural disasters; and constructing youth projects linked to the practical needs of the locality, such as "Lighting up village roads," concreting rural roads, building pedestrian bridges, taking responsibility for self-managed road sections, and sponsoring disadvantaged students.

Ms. Vi Thi Yen Quynh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, affirmed: The "Winter Volunteer Program" and "Spring Volunteer Program" not only bring practical benefits to the community but also serve as an important training ground for Youth Union members and young people to contribute and grow. Through volunteer activities, the Youth Union and its affiliated organizations continue to strengthen solidarity, expand the front for gathering young people, and improve the quality and effectiveness of their activities.
With concrete and practical results, the "Winter Volunteer Program" and "Spring Volunteer Program" continue to affirm the pioneering role and responsibility of Lang Son's youth in participating in socio -economic development, ensuring social welfare, and building an increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland.
