Grealish joined Everton on a season-long loan from Manchester City during the summer transfer window and quickly became a major asset in the Merseyside team's attack. However, persistent injuries forced his season to end prematurely.

The 30-year-old has scored two goals and provided six assists in the Premier League this season, playing a crucial role in manager David Moyes' tactical system. Moyes had previously expressed concerns about the severity of the injury, and the recent surgery has confirmed those worries.
