On his personal Twitter account, Jorge Mas recently posted a photo of three pink Inter Miami club jerseys with the caption: "Coming soon." This image is believed to be from the unveiling of Messi along with two former Barcelona teammates, midfielder Sergio Busquets and defender Jordi Alba, who are finalizing negotiations to join Inter Miami.
Besides recruiting new stars, Inter Miami FC has also reached an agreement to bring in coach Tata Martino to lead the team. "Coach Tata Martino (who previously coached the Argentine national team and FC Barcelona) is applying for a work visa and is expected to arrive in the US to work from the beginning of July, as desired by Inter Miami FC," confirmed journalist Cesar Luis Merlo of TyC Sports (Argentina).
In preparation for a series of events coinciding with Messi's highly anticipated debut, billionaire Jorge Mas stated: "First, we will urgently upgrade the current DVR PNK stadium, which has a capacity of 19,000 seats, to 22,000 seats within the next four weeks to partially meet the demand of spectators. Inter Miami's new stadium, expected to be completed in 2025 after Messi's arrival, is accelerating construction.
Alongside their current plans, the Inter Miami club management is undertaking a major project, directly overseen by football legend David Beckham, to build a new stadium with a capacity of 25,000 spectators, expected to be operational by 2025.
David Beckham is pushing this project forward, hoping to complete it on time due to Messi's arrival. The site includes not only Inter Miami's new stadium, but also a complex of parks, hotels, and shopping malls. "This is also a promising location that will generate significant business revenue for Inter Miami," according to the Miami Herald .

According to American media reports, Inter Miami wants Messi to play at their new stadium in 2025. Therefore, with a two-and-a-half-year contract until June 2025, there will be an option to extend it for another year until June 2026.
