Speed ​​up the implementation of projects in the province

(BL-NQ) According to the Center for Housing and Land Fund Development of Bac Lieu province (referred to as the Center), the progress of compensation payments for 5 projects basically met the set plan, contributing to speeding up the progress of project implementation.

A typical example is the progress of the implementation of the compensation, support and resettlement plan for the Ho Chi Minh Road construction investment project, Rach Soi - Ben Nhat, Go Quao - Vinh Thuan (section through Bac Lieu province) with a total compensation and support amount of 95.8 billion VND. The Center has paid compensation to 104/105 individuals and households affected by the project, and the households have agreed to hand over the site according to regulations. Since then, the unit has handed over 6.45/6.6km to the contractor and is aiming to promptly complete the procedures to relocate technical infrastructure works.

The Hau Giang - Ca Mau section of the North - South Expressway Construction Project in the East has completed the handover of the site to the investor and the construction unit. The Center and local authorities have paid compensation of VND 24.2 billion to 112 households and individuals.

The investment project to build a new urban area in Phuoc Long town (Phuoc Long district) has paid nearly 90 billion VND in compensation to 30/80 individuals and households.

The project to build the road from Trem Trem to Xeo Quao (Ngan Dua town, Hong Dan district) has paid compensation and supported 149 households and individuals whose land was affected by the project.

And the Ganh Hao Town High School Construction Investment Project (Dong Hai District) has so far paid compensation and support to 12/36 households and individuals whose land was affected by the project, with a total amount of 4.6 billion VND.

The above results show the efforts of the Center in implementing compensation and site clearance work, contributing significantly to promoting the progress of socio-economic development projects in the province.
