Speed ​​up the implementation of the Investment Project to expand the Industrial Cluster - Small Industry in Mang Yang Commune

(gialai.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of October 13, at the headquarters of Mang Yang Commune People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Que chaired a meeting to listen to reports on a number of contents related to compensation and site clearance for Mang Yang Industrial Cluster. Attending the meeting were representatives of the Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Construction; leaders of Mang Yang Commune People's Committee and representatives of Sao Mai Gia Lai Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (investor).

The project to invest in building technical infrastructure to expand the Industrial Cluster - Small Industry in Mang Yang District (now Mang Yang Commune, Gia Lai Province) is invested by Sao Mai Gia Lai Industrial Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, according to Decision No. 178/QD-UBND dated April 3, 2025 of the People's Committee of Gia Lai Province on approving the investment policy, and at the same time approving the investor to implement the project to expand the Industrial Cluster - Small Industry in Mang Yang District. The total investment capital of the project is 399.27 billion VND.

Up to now, the Company has completed the procedures for approving the investment policy; submitted the detailed planning dossier at a scale of 1/500 of the project to the People's Committee of Mang Yang Commune. Currently, the People's Committee of Mang Yang Commune is conducting appraisal for approval according to regulations. The Company has also completed the feasibility study report. Currently, the Company is coordinating with the People's Committee of Mang Yang Commune to carry out compensation and site clearance work.

At the same time, the Company is negotiating a contract with a consulting unit to carry out the following tasks: preparing an environmental impact assessment report; designing fire prevention and fighting; implementing mine and explosive clearance; implementing surveying and land clearing for compensation and site clearance; designing construction drawings for the overall technical infrastructure of the project...

Currently, many enterprises have contacted the Company to register for investment and construction of industrial projects in the Industrial Cluster. Therefore, in order to quickly create a clean land to attract investment and for the Company to be able to start construction of the project on schedule, Sao Mai Gia Lai Industrial Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company respectfully requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Mang Yang Commune People's Committee to speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance to hand over the land to the Company.

At the same time, it is recommended that the People's Committee of Mang Yang commune allow the Company to carry out the work of measuring and clearing plots to serve the work of compensation and site clearance; assign staff to coordinate and notify households with land within the project scope, to coordinate with the consulting unit to measure and clear plots, and carry out the next steps in accordance with regulations.

After listening to the opinions of the investor, departments, branches and localities, concluding the working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Que requested the investor to urgently complete the detailed planning dossier, ensuring quality and compliance with legal regulations, and send it to the Mang Yang Commune People's Committee for approval before October 18; at the same time, requesting the Mang Yang Commune People's Committee to study and approve before October 25.

In addition, the People's Committee of Mang Yang commune is requested to coordinate with the investor to calculate, set prices and speed up the implementation of compensation, site clearance and land acquisition to implement the project according to the set schedule. Strive to complete legal documents, and on December 19, together with the whole country, organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Mang Yang Industrial Cluster, to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party, term 2025 - 2030./.
