Teacher salaries will be calculated according to civil servants: Salary = Basic salary + allowances + bonus (if any).
The salary of teachers who are public employees will not be paid according to (coefficient x base salary) as currently, but will be replaced by salary tables based on job position, including a position salary table and a specialized salary table. subject, profession.
Like officials, civil servants, and other public employees, teachers who are public employees will have their allowances rearranged when reforming salaries. However, despite the rearrangement, the teacher's allowance structure must still account for 30% of the total salary budget.
