The Belgian midfielder is set to play his final Premier League game for Man City, as they look to secure a Champions League place.
Previously, De Bruyne also announced that he would leave after 10 years with many memories and successes in the Citizens shirt. The club will erect a statue outside the Etihad Stadium to honor the 33-year-old player.

He and his agent will negotiate the final details before the transfer to Napoli. De Bruyne himself wants a two-year contract, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
At his new club, he will receive a salary of 6 million euros/year, much lower than at Etihad. However, De Bruyne will immediately pocket 10 million euros in signing-on fee.
Clubs in the US Major League such as Chicago Fire, San Diego, Inter Miami, or some teams in Saudi Arabia have all expressed interest in the Belgian star.
However, De Bruyne wants to continue playing in Europe and prove he can still compete at the highest level.
A move to Naples - where he and his wife married in 2017 - could see De Bruyne face Pep Guardiola's Man City in next season's Champions League.
Napoli have just won Serie A with great contributions from 3 players who used to play in the Premier League: McTominay, Lukaku and Billy Gilmour.
