The Belgian midfielder is set to play his final Premier League game for Man City, as they look to secure a Champions League place.

Previously, De Bruyne also announced that he would leave after 10 years with many memories and successes in the Citizens shirt. The club will erect a statue outside the Etihad Stadium to honor the 33-year-old player.

He and his agent will negotiate the final details before the transfer to Napoli. De Bruyne himself wants a two-year contract, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.

At his new club, he will receive a salary of 6 million euros/year, much lower than at Etihad. However, De Bruyne will immediately pocket 10 million euros in signing-on fee.
