An attractive destination for investment.

Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, at the beginning of the year, localities in the province focused on removing bottlenecks and accelerating the progress of compensation and land clearance. At the same time, they prioritized resources to gradually build, complete, and synchronize the infrastructure system of industrial zones and clusters, creating a favorable business environment to attract more secondary investors and increase the occupancy rate of industrial zones.

The province currently has 17 established industrial zones with a total area of ​​over 3,140 hectares, of which 9 are already operating stably. According to the plan, by 2030, the province will develop 24 industrial zones with a total area of ​​approximately 4,815 hectares.

The technical infrastructure system inside and outside the Industrial Park is constantly being invested in and upgraded synchronously, fully meeting the requirements for electricity, water, telecommunications, and the environment. In particular, the Vinh Phuc ICD Logistics Center, a pioneering project of the ASEAN smart logistics network, is a significant step forward, helping Vinh Phuc develop its logistics service industry in a modern and professional direction, opening up opportunities for international trade.

Vinh Phuc province has implemented administrative reforms by effectively deploying the "one-stop shop" and "integrated one-stop shop" mechanisms, helping to quickly, openly, and transparently resolve procedures related to investment, land, construction, and the environment. The province is promoting the application of digital transformation in managing and processing documents, shortening the time for completing procedures, and creating the most favorable conditions for investors.

The province has a population of over 1.2 million people, of which more than 600,000 are of working age. The rate of trained labor reaches 80%, with over 35% holding degrees or certificates. Every year, the province proudly provides industrial parks with an abundant, young, highly skilled workforce with a serious work ethic. These are important conditions that make Vinh Phuc attractive to investors.
