According to the leader of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Ban town, through the contest, it will contribute to improving the quality of the staff doing front work; fostering skills and expertise, improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the grassroots level in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country; innovating and improving the effectiveness of the front's work participating in Party building and local government building.
