Three Department Directors were transferred and appointed.

Kinhtedothi - On November 15th, Ninh Binh province announced decisions to transfer and appoint directors for the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Construction, and the Department of Planning and Investment.

On November 15th, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, presented the decisions of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee regarding the transfer and appointment of directors for three departments in the province.

Accordingly, the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee decided to appoint Mr. Chu Duc Long, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, to the position of Director of the Department of Construction; to transfer and appoint Mr. Bui Xuan Dieu, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Son District, to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; and to transfer and appoint Mr. Dang Thai Son, Director of the Department of Finance, to the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

Previously, on November 14th, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Standing Committee to transfer and appoint Ms. Ta Hoang Minh, Deputy Rector of Hoa Lu University, to the position of Rector of the Ninh Binh Provincial Political School.
