At the same time, the Department issued a decision to administratively fine Ms. Le Thi Phuong, owner of Savina Beauty Salon (Phuong Japan), located on the 3rd floor, PG2-01, Vincom Urban Area, Nguyen Du Street, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City, with the amount of 45 million VND.
The reason given was that this facility committed an administrative violation by providing medical examination and treatment services without a medical examination and treatment license. In addition, the facility was also subject to an additional penalty of suspension of operations for a period of 18 months (from September 7, 2023 to March 7, 2025).
