Accordingly, the Chief Inspector of Thanh Hoa Department of Health decided to administratively fine Ms. Do Thi Tam, owner of MAYO Beauty Salon, located at 45-47 Le Loi Avenue, Lam Son Ward, Thanh Hoa City, VND45 million.

This facility committed an administrative violation by providing cosmetic services at a cosmetic service facility without sending a written notice of meeting the conditions for providing cosmetic services to the competent State agency as prescribed by law. In addition, the facility was also subject to an additional penalty of suspension of operations for a period of 18 months (from September 5, 2023 to March 5, 2025).

At the same time, the Department issued a decision to administratively fine Ms. Le Thi Phuong, owner of Savina Beauty Salon (Phuong Japan), located on the 3rd floor, PG2-01, Vincom Urban Area, Nguyen Du Street, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City, with an amount of 45 million VND.

The reason given was that this facility committed an administrative violation by providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate. In addition, the facility was also subject to an additional penalty of suspension of operations for a period of 18 months (from September 7, 2023 to March 7, 2025).
