Previously, in April 2023, Mr. Trinh Huu Hung, Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Health, submitted an application for early retirement.
On May 12, 2023, the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision allowing Mr. Trinh Huu Hung to retire early to enjoy social insurance benefits according to Decree No. 108/2014/ND-CP of the Government from July 1, 2023.
