On September 18, Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee announced that Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, had just announced the assignment of Deputy Provincial Party Committee Secretary Bui Thang to temporarily handle the daily work of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee until further notice.

The Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee said the assignment is to ensure regular management and handling of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee during the transition period.

Previously, on the morning of September 17, Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee announced the Politburo 's decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh - alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee - to join the Party Executive Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee. On the same afternoon, the 18th term Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council (term 2021 - 2026) elected Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh to hold the position of Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Bui Thang, 56 years old, from Quang Ngai ; master's degree in business administration, senior political theory. In December 2024, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee while holding the position of Head of the Propaganda Department of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.
