The Lơ communal house in Liêm Chính ward is located on a spacious plot of land, with a five-bay front hall and a three-bay rear hall. The Lơ communal house worships nine tutelary deities associated with the development, struggles for nation-building, and defense of the local community. Currently, the communal house still preserves almost intact 40 royal decrees from various feudal dynasties and many valuable artifacts such as: altars, palanquins, incense burners, etc., dating back hundreds of years. These contribute to enhancing the value of the relic, thus demonstrating the rich history and culture of this land. Furthermore, the Lơ communal house preserves and promotes the region's characteristic festivals with many folk games and unique sports and cultural exchanges, further enhancing the historical and cultural value of the relic.
To date, despite numerous constructions and restorations, Lo Temple still retains most of the quintessential features of traditional architecture. Thanks to the attention of the local government and the people's awareness of preserving the cultural heritage left by their ancestors, the villagers have contributed money and effort to renovate the monument many times, resulting in an increasingly spacious, clean, and beautiful landscape. To recognize the great value and significance of Lo Temple, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province issued a decision recognizing Lo Temple as a provincial-level historical site.
To celebrate receiving the certificate designating the temple as a historical site, the organizing committee of the Lo Temple festival held the traditional festival on March 10th of the Year of the Snake (2015), praying for favorable weather, bountiful harvests, and peace and prosperity for the people.
