On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the afternoon of July 26, the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense delegation led by General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, laid wreaths and offered incense at the provincial Martyrs Cemetery.

The delegation included Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; representatives of the Military Region 2 Command; leaders of the Central Inspection Commission ; the Ministry of Home Affairs; functional agencies of the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense and functional agencies of Military Region 2.

Joining the delegation from Tuyen Quang province were comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

Before the heroic martyrs, General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and the delegation respectfully commemorated the heroic martyrs - the outstanding sons of the nation who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the country, for socialism, and for noble international duties.
