Delegates offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs.

At the Kim Binh National Historical Site, the delegation offered incense at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs, burned incense at the residence and workplace of President Ho Chi Minh, and visited the Hall of the Second National Congress of the Party, where the first Party Congress held in the country took place and was the only Congress held in a locality outside the capital Hanoi .

The delegation visited the Hall of the 2nd National Congress of the Party.

The Second National Congress of the Party was a major historical event, marking a new step of maturity in the Party's ideology and political line. Our Party returned from secrecy to public activities under the name of the Vietnam Workers' Party, meeting the development requirements of the revolution.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of all terms of Ninh Thuan province expressed their respect to President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs, vowing to forever have faith in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, following the revolutionary path that the Party and Uncle Ho chose; promoting the spirit of solidarity to overcome all difficulties and challenges to excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the People, contributing to the construction and protection of the Fatherland.
