At the Kim Binh National Special Historical Site, the delegation offered incense at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs, lit incense at the residence and workplace of President Ho Chi Minh, and visited the Hall of the Second National Congress of the Party, where the first Party Congress held in the country and the only one held in a locality outside the capital Hanoi took place.

The Second National Congress of the Party was a momentous historical event, marking a new stage of maturity in the Party's ideology and political line. Our Party, from clandestine operation, returned to public activity under the name Vietnam Labor Party, meeting the demands of revolutionary development.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation of National Assembly representatives from Ninh Thuan province expressed their profound respect for President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs, pledging to remain steadfast in their faith in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, following the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh; promoting the spirit of unity to overcome all difficulties and challenges to excellently fulfill the tasks entrusted by the Party and the people, contributing to the building and protection of the Fatherland.
