At the Kim Binh National Special Historical Site, the delegation offered incense at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs, lit incense at the residence and workplace of President Ho Chi Minh, and visited the Hall of the Second National Congress of the Party, where the first Party Congress held in the country and the only one held in a locality outside the capital Hanoi took place.

Our Party, from clandestine operation, returned to public activity under the name Vietnam Labor Party, meeting the demands of revolutionary development.
