After three days of exciting competition, the teams delivered impressive and thrilling performances across seven disciplines. With the enthusiastic support of the spectators, the meticulous preparation of the Organizing Committee, and the impartial work of the referees, the 15th PVFCCo Sports Festival 2023 was a resounding success, leaving a strong cultural mark on PVFCCo.
The success of this year's sports event also holds special significance in celebrating PVFCCo's 20th anniversary. With a 20-year tradition of building and development, generations of employees have strived, innovated, and dedicated themselves to PVFCCo achieving many important accomplishments, maintaining its leading position in the fertilizer industry, and ensuring the brand "Phu My Fertilizer - For a Bountiful Harvest" is beloved by farmers nationwide; the employment, living conditions, income, and welfare of employees are always well cared for.

Besides the achievements, PVFCCo faces increasing difficulties and challenges, especially since the beginning of 2023, due to rising production costs, sharp declines in fertilizer/chemical prices, and decreased market demand, all of which have affected the Corporation's business performance.
In this context, the PVFCCo team continues to strive with all their might and unity. Proof of this is the success of this year's sports event, with a higher number of employees participating than in previous years, reaching nearly 600 people.

This success also affirms the confidence of employees in the leadership of the Party Committee and in the development of PVFCCo in the coming period; at the same time, it demonstrates the collective determination to work together to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and to unite to reach new heights.
“ Organizing today's sports event is also an activity that contributes to building and revitalizing our PVFCCo culture, helping us improve our health and team spirit, thereby contributing to improving our work capacity and coordination, helping to promote the professional value and efficiency of the corporation, ” said Mr. Tong Xuan Phong.
Speaking at the celebratory event for the success of the 15th PVFCCo Sports Festival, Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union - affirmed: At PVFCCo, the staff and employees not only always work creatively and excellently in all tasks, but at any event in the oil and gas industry, the image of PVFCCo employees always shines, is exemplary, and always demonstrates the spirit and beauty of the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha welcomed and highly appreciated the organizational work of the PVFCCo Trade Union. At each sports event, the PVFCCo Trade Union has many initiatives and creative ways of organizing events to help employees become more connected, more creative, and participate in more meaningful activities.
This is also an important opportunity to build a strong team of employees, preserve and develop the culture of PVFCCo and the oil and gas industry in general.
