The Politburo's inspection delegation conducted an inspection of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

On August 26, Inspection Team No. 1349 of the Politburo chaired by comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee , Deputy Head of the Inspection Team, announced the Decision and plan to implement the inspection of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee. Working with the team were comrades: Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Cao Tuong Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the inspection delegation, gave a speech at the conference.

According to the Decision and the announced plan, Inspection Team No. 1349 of the Politburo will inspect the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. The inspection is expected to take place within 60 working days from the date of receiving the report of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee. Through the inspection, the purpose is to properly assess the strengths, limitations and shortcomings (if any) of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee regarding the inspection contents. The inspection ensures democracy and objectivity; in accordance with the principles and regulations of the Party and the Inspection Process of the Politburo and the Secretariat; and to promote the sense of self-criticism and criticism of the inspected Party organizations.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the inspection team, requested the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the inspected units to closely follow the inspection plan of the inspection team, prepare relevant documents and coordinate well during the inspection process so that the inspection team can successfully complete the assigned tasks. At the same time, he requested the members of the working group to correctly assess the strengths, good and creative practices as well as the limitations and shortcomings of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on the inspected contents. The inspection ensures democracy and objectivity; in accordance with the principles and regulations of the Party and the inspection process of the Politburo and the Secretariat; and promotes the sense of self-criticism and criticism of the inspected Party organizations.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, received the instructions of the Inspection Team and at the same time, informed the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the inspected Party organizations to seriously implement the contents and progress according to the plan; carefully prepare related documents as well as create the best conditions for the inspection team to achieve the best results.
