From August 19, 2025, Hanoi officially put into operation the cultural heritage connection train named The Hanoi Train (also known as the "Hanoi 5-door train"), right on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
This is the first time a tourist train has been specially designed to introduce Hanoi culture through a railway journey, combining nostalgic elements and modern amenities.
This new tourism product is expected to both meet the needs of travel and sightseeing, and contribute to preserving and promoting the value of the capital's historical gates, linked with the orientation of sustainable cultural tourism development./.
