Launched in 2023, the "Membership Preferential Treatment" program has been identified as a key activity of the Lang Son Young Entrepreneurs Association. Its core objective is to encourage member businesses to prioritize using each other's products and services.
Mr. La Giang Nam, Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, emphasized: The program aims to connect diverse businesses and encourage member enterprises to use each other's products and services. Accordingly, member enterprises specializing in construction and installation will connect with businesses producing and trading construction materials within the province to supply goods at preferential prices and with guaranteed quality. Similarly, businesses operating in the logistics sector will connect with transportation businesses; travel agencies will connect with restaurants, hotels, and transportation businesses to obtain the best products and services at the most favorable prices and achieve the highest business efficiency.
According to preliminary statistics from the Young Entrepreneurs Association, from 2023 to the present, member businesses have signed approximately 40 formal contracts and dozens of contracts in other forms, with a total value exceeding 10 billion VND each year.
Many member businesses have forged strong partnerships through the program, specifically: Lang Son Construction Joint Stock Company partnered with Phu Loc Investment and Construction Group Joint Stock Company; Lang Son Construction Joint Stock Company partnered with Lang Son Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company; Thien Phu Trading and Construction Company Limited regularly used the services of Thien Ngoc Lan Medical Company Limited…
Besides promoting the use of each other's products and services, young entrepreneurs also focus on supporting new members in implementing startup projects and expanding markets. A prime example is Thien Phu Trading and Construction Co., Ltd., which has supported eight new members – cooperative directors and owners of agricultural production and business establishments – in expanding their domestic and international markets for agricultural products.
Mr. Tran The Kien, Director of Thien Phu Trading and Construction Co., Ltd., said: "We not only focus on increasing revenue for new members when they use each other's products and services, but we also prioritize supporting new members in implementing production and business development programs. When entrepreneurs understand each other's products and support each other in expanding production and markets, they become 'brand ambassadors' for each other. This creates a business community that is no longer fragmented but has formed a unified bloc, ready to overcome difficulties together."
Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Director of Ha Anh Co., Ltd., said: "The 'Member Priority Program' is a practical activity of the Lang Son Young Entrepreneurs Association. Ha Anh Co., Ltd. has also benefited from the association's members using our products and supporting our promotion, contributing to increased revenue and the development of new business partners. For example, in 2025, Thien Ngoc Lan Medical Co., Ltd. not only purchased electronic products from our company to serve its production and business but also introduced new business partners to Ha Anh Co., Ltd., resulting in the sale of products worth nearly 2 billion VND."
To promote the "Priority Member" program in 2026, the Executive Board of the Young Entrepreneurs Association will continue to expand and implement programs to improve operational efficiency, such as: organizing in-depth weekend networking days for specific industry groups to give businesses the opportunity to directly introduce products and sign contracts on the spot; organizing opportunities for members to exchange knowledge and learn about production and business linkage activities in provinces both domestically and internationally…
The widespread adoption of the "Membership Benefits Program" by the Lang Son Young Entrepreneurs Association demonstrates that when the mindset of "working together" is prioritized, young businesses not only improve themselves but also collectively create a sustainable business ecosystem, making a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of the province.
