According to the Cao Bang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in the first nine months of the year, Cao Bang province welcomed over 2.4 million tourists, an increase of 59.4% compared to the same period last year, reaching 96.2% of the annual plan, with total tourism revenue estimated at 2,390 billion VND.

Of these, domestic tourists are estimated at 2,308,239, an increase of 56.4% compared to the same period last year; international tourists are estimated at 97,240, an increase of 193.1% compared to the same period last year. Total tourism revenue is estimated at 2,390 billion VND, an increase of 106% compared to the same period last year; hotel occupancy rate is estimated at 52%.

In September alone, the total number of visitors is estimated at 345,000, an increase of 229% compared to the same period last year. Of these, international tourists are estimated at 17,000, an increase of 446.7% compared to the same period last year; domestic tourists are estimated at 328,000, an increase of 222.3% compared to the same period last year. Total tourism revenue is estimated at 330 billion VND, an increase of 288.2% compared to the same period last year.
