The 2024 culinary competition, themed "Ocean Tuna - The Quintessence of the Sea," recently concluded with eight teams from restaurants and hotels across the province. Chef Bui Chi Hoang, Chairman of the Provincial Chefs Association, stated that the competition showcased many innovative new dishes, while familiar ones were made fresh by the unique ingredients and spices that created their distinctive and novel flavors.
