According to Ms. Ly Thi Vu Thu, Permanent Deputy Secretary and Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of Ke Sach Commune, since the establishment of Ke Sach Commune (July 1, 2025), the commune has mobilized resources to build 5 traffic bridges; used 706 million VND from the budget to renovate the park and sidewalks of Ung Cong Uan Street; upgraded Ke Sach Cemetery; and built a welcome gate bordering Phu Tam Commune. At the same time, it has implemented 9 projects from public investment funds; supported the construction of 30 solidarity houses; and distributed 3,330 gifts during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, with a total value of over 1.75 billion VND. All projects and tasks have been closely supervised by the Commune Party Committee from the mobilization and construction stages to the selection and allocation of support, ensuring no corruption or negative practices occur.
To prevent violations among cadres and Party members, in addition to focusing on inspecting and supervising the activities of the government, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations, the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of Ke Sach commune have strengthened inspection and supervision within the Party. Immediately after the first Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030, the commune Party Committee issued a comprehensive inspection and supervision program with 10 inspection contents and 10 supervision contents closely aligned with the local political tasks. Based on this comprehensive inspection and supervision program, in 2026, the Standing Committee of the commune Party Committee issued an inspection and supervision plan with two inspection contents: the direction of social welfare work by the Party Branch of the Commune People's Committee and the direction of the unit to implement the Coordination Regulations between the police and military forces by the Party Branch of the Commune Police and the Party Branch of the Commune Military. The monitoring covered two areas: the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo by the Party Branch of Ke Sach High School, and the review of poor and near-poor households by the Party Branches of Cay Sop Hamlet, Hamlet No. 1, and An Phu Hamlet.
In addition, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the commune regularly supervise the Party branches and cadres and Party members regarding the implementation of the local political tasks; participation in studying resolutions, directives, regulations, and conclusions of the Party; adherence to the Party Charter and the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do; and moral cultivation and lifestyle… “Most Party branches, cadres, and Party members have performed well in the areas inspected and supervised. A few Party branches have been slow in implementing targets and have not met the set deadlines; a few Party members have not been proactive in performing their duties, but they have been given feedback, reminded, and promptly rectified, preventing violations,” said Mr. Huynh Van Nhan, Deputy Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the commune.
Ms. Ly Thi Vu Thu, Permanent Deputy Secretary and Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the commune, affirmed: "The Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the commune continue to focus on inspection and supervision work. The commune Party Committee considers this a regular task to prevent violations and degeneration within the Party, enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, and improve the quality of cadres and Party members. In inspection and supervision, we will effectively implement the motto 'Broad supervision, focused inspection,' paying attention to sensitive issues that are prone to negative occurrences."
