The value of the violated goods was nearly 316 million VND, an increase of 106.2% over the same period last year).

At the same time, Market Management Team No. 3 coordinated with functional forces to organize inspections and handle 76 cases of transporting and trading in smuggled goods; trading in goods that infringe intellectual property rights; violating customs procedures, etc.

Therefore, as the standing agency of the Steering Committee 389 of the two districts, in addition to advising on the issuance of plans to prevent smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, Market Management Team No. 3 also proactively and synchronously deploys measures to inspect, control and combat smuggling, counterfeit goods and goods that infringe intellectual property rights in the management areas; strengthens control of commercial business activities in the central market area of 2 towns and commune markets.
