"Kick off the party" with DIFF

As the epicenter of this year's summer entertainment storm in Da Nang, DIFF 2024, themed "Made in Unity – Global Connection – Radiant Across Five Continents," will take place from June 8th to July 13th, 2024, at the fireworks stage along the Han River. In addition to established participants from previous years such as France, Italy, Poland, Finland, and Vietnam, DIFF will also feature three newcomers from China, the United States, and Germany, promising audiences spectacular light shows.

The opening night of DIFF 2024 promises to deliver a dramatic "fireworks display".

The opening night of DIFF 2024 will take place on the evening of June 8th, with an opening competition between host country Vietnam and the reigning DIFF 2023 champion – France, promising a dramatic "fireworks showdown" with the theme "Cultural Quintessence". Subsequent fireworks displays will be held every Saturday evening in the following weeks, with a one-week break before the final night on July 13th.

To kick off this year's fireworks season, the city will treat visitors to a Jetski & Flyboards sports performance by Australian manufacturer H2O. This promises to be a highlight that will completely differentiate DIFF 2024 from previous seasons.

After one week of officially opening ticket sales for DIFF 2024 (diff.vn) with prices ranging from 800,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND across 5 grandstand categories, many travel agencies and domestic and international tourists have been continuously booking tickets. Tickets for the opening night on June 8th are currently the most sought-after. It is predicted that DIFF tickets will soon sell out as demand for the international fireworks festival continues to increase and information about DIFF 2024 becomes increasingly attractive.

The series of events accompanying DIFF 2024 will also be continuously organized at a number of famous tourist and entertainment destinations in the city, featuring many exhibitions and unique music , art, and festival events.

A series of world- class shows makes their debut in Da Nang.

This summer marks the first time Da Nang has become the "grand stage" for a series of world-class art shows, bringing together leading entertainment stars from around the globe such as Maestro Voronin, dubbed the "David Copperfield" of the world of comedic magic, and the Crystal Ladies - the twin stars who once appeared on the famous Ellen Show.

This series of shows debuted at Sun World Ba Na Hills in May, featuring classic performances and record-breaking acts that have made the names of world-class circus and magic artists. These include WOW Kingdom – a grand, high-class circus and magic show led by the legendary Maestro Voronin; Fairy Blossom – an elaborate dance drama with the participation of nearly 300 circus artists and performers; and The Rainbow Show – the first show for the LGBT community in Da Nang… This also marks the first time Da Nang has hosted a private show exclusively for elite clients – called The Stellar – featuring a host of world-class artists.

“Symphony of River” is a special highlight at Asia Park this summer.

Another incredibly unique show that tourists shouldn't miss in Da Nang this summer is Symphony of River – a majestic blend of art and sports performances taking place at Asia Park. The show has two performances, daytime and nighttime, with a stage capacity of up to 4,000 seats. The nighttime show will be combined with a spectacular fireworks display, making Da Nang a city with nightly fireworks throughout this summer.

The "Vietnamese Puppet Show" makes its debut in Da Nang.

Also at Asia Park, the "Vietnamese Puppet Show" brings the essence of puppet art to Da Nang for the first time, performed by artists from the Vietnam Puppet Theatre every day of the week. With two performances at 7 PM and 8:15 PM at the Marina stage of the Au O Theatre, which has a capacity of about 600 seats, the show is a completely new cultural experience for tourists in the coastal city.

Numerous cultural and entertainment events are held in every corner of the city.

Contributing to the endless summer experiences in the coastal city of Da Nang, many famous entertainment venues are also launching a series of unique products and events. The city on the Han River will be hotter than ever with a series of events and festivals throughout the summer.

In the first quarter of 2024 alone, the number of international visitors to the city increased by 21.6%, and domestic visitors increased by 24.3% compared to the same period last year. With the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) and a series of attractive festivals and events lasting throughout the summer, Da Nang tourism continues to be hotter than ever, promising to attract millions of tourists to the tourism capital of Central Vietnam.
