Focusing on construction of VSIP Ha Tinh Industrial Park Project

Taking advantage of favorable weather, Dai Hiep Company Limited - one of two contractors undertaking the construction of the site leveling package for the Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park infrastructure investment and business project (VSIP Ha Tinh Industrial Park project), mobilized 51 locomotives, equipment and dozens of engineers and workers, divided into many construction teams to simultaneously carry out the work.

Engineer Pham Van Ly - Construction Site Manager of Dai Hiep Company Limited said: The weather in May is quite hot and sunny, however, this is the right time for project site leveling, so the unit increased manpower and machinery to speed up the construction process to "compensate" for the period affected by rain and wind.

To ensure work progress and maintain the health of engineers and workers, in the morning, construction starts at 6:00 and ends at 10:00; in the afternoon, it starts at 14:30 and ends at 18:30.

Based on the workload and requirements from the investor, the contractor proactively develops a construction plan at night to ensure progress according to plan.

The bustling and urgent construction atmosphere is also present at the construction site of Dong Anh General Trading Company Limited. This contractor is in charge of constructing the infrastructure and traffic system of VSIP Ha Tinh industrial park project.

To ensure work progress, the contractor also mobilized 50 locomotives and equipment to serve the construction process. Vehicles carrying landfill materials were busy entering and leaving the construction site.

As soon as the truck dumped the soil, the loader, excavator, and roller quickly leveled and compacted the site.

A bustling production rhythm is maintained throughout the VSIP Ha Tinh industrial park project site.

The investment project to build and operate infrastructure of Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park (VSIP Ha Tinh Industrial Park project) was approved in principle for investment according to Decision No. 1003/QD-TTg dated August 29, 2023 of the Prime Minister .

The project is invested by Vietnam Singapore Urban and Industrial Zone Development Joint Stock Company. The total investment of the project is 1,555 billion VND. The land use scale of the project is 190.41 hectares, located in the area of 2 communes of Thach Lien and Viet Tien of Thach Ha district.

The project is expected to attract investors in the fields of electricity and electronics, semiconductors, precision mechanics, garments, leather shoes, energy, electric vehicle batteries, metals, auto parts, food processing, factories for rent and many other fields, contributing to the sustainable development of the industry, making a positive contribution to the socio -economic development of Ha Tinh.

Vice Chairman of Thach Ha District People's Committee Nguyen Van Sau said: On June 25, 2024, VSIP Ha Tinh Industrial Park Project officially started construction. In the beginning, when the project was implemented, due to some difficulties, including the impact of rainy weather and difficulties in sourcing earth materials, the workload was not as expected.

To facilitate the project's implementation, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has directed provincial departments, branches, and local authorities to actively coordinate with investors to gradually remove difficulties and ensure construction progress.

According to the investor representative, up to this point, the unit has leveled 20/190.41 hectares and is continuing to level 50 hectares of the project; completing the topsoil stripping work for an area of 119.79 hectares. The topsoil will be used to plant green areas (grass, various types of trees) of the project.
