On the morning of January 24, Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council received and worked with Mr. Li Chung Hun, Chairman of Seoul Semiconductor Group (Korea). Also attending were Comrade Tran Xuan Duong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Li Chung Hun, Chairman of Seoul Semiconductor Group, thanked Ha Nam province for its attention and support in all aspects for the operations of Seoul Semiconductor Vina Co., Ltd. in Dong Van I Industrial Park (Duy Tien) over the past years, especially in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thanks to that, Seoul Semiconductor has maintained stable production and developed.
Mr. Li Chung Hun also briefly introduced the formation and development process of the group, the main products manufactured by Seoul Semiconductor today, especially in the field of semiconductor devices, Led technology serving the fields of energy saving, lighting, electronics, telecommunications... With plans to build new factories and expand the scale of projects in Ha Nam in the near future, the Chairman of Seoul Semiconductor Group hopes to continue to receive support from the province, especially in terms of administrative procedures and land rental price adjustments for Seoul Semiconductor to further develop in Ha Nam.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy highly appreciated the contributions of Seoul Semiconductor Group - one of the FDI enterprises with the largest investment capital in the province to the economic and social development of the province. At the same time, she introduced to Mr. Li Chung Hun the results of the province's economic and social development; the implementation of adjustments and expansion of industrial zones and clusters in the province to promote investment attraction; the results of attracting investment, especially Korean investors; the support mechanisms and policies of Ha Nam province for investors. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed her hope and belief that Seoul Semiconductor Group will continue to accompany the province and pay attention to developing projects in Ha Nam in the coming time.
In response to the recommendations of Mr. Li Chung Hun, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Xuan Duong said that, in keeping its commitment to investors, Ha Nam province has always listened to, recorded and promptly resolved difficulties, problems and proposals from businesses, creating the most favorable conditions for businesses to operate and develop. Regarding the recommendations of Seoul Semiconductor at the meeting, Ha Nam province will provide maximum support for the group to soon invest in expanding the scale of the project, contributing to creating jobs for workers and promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
