
Comrades Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; Colonel Nguyen Minh Tam, Deputy Head of Logistics and Technical Department of Military Region 3; Colonel Vu Hong Anh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Military Service Council; and Le Dinh Long, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong City Party Committee, attended the troop handover ceremony.

In 2025, Hai Duong City will have 220 young people enlisting in military units and participating in police service, an increase of 2 quotas compared to 2024.
Among the young men enlisting, 60 volunteered, 45 outstanding young men had attended a Party awareness training course, and 4 were Party members. Thirty of them had university or college degrees, while the rest had high school diplomas.

New recruits from Hai Duong City are joining the following units: Brigade 203 (Corps 12), Division 363 (Air Defense - Air Force), Brigade 490 (Artillery Corps), Brigade 144 (General Staff), Provincial Military Command, and several other units of the army and police.
To ensure a good quantity and quality of new recruits, the Hai Duong City Military Service Council has focused on leading and directing military and police agencies to coordinate with departments, organizations, and localities to effectively implement each step in the recruitment process, ensuring strictness, fairness, openness, and transparency from the grassroots level. 100% of the new recruits enlisting in Hai Duong City in 2025 will meet all the criteria as stipulated.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Hai Duong City People's Committee Nguyen Van Kien praised the young men for seriously complying with the conscription order, ensuring the required number of recruits and adherence to the schedule on the day of enlistment. He urged the new recruits to continue upholding the traditions of previous generations, the revolutionary traditions of their heroic homeland, and to strive to study, train, and successfully complete all assigned tasks...
Speaking on behalf of the young men enlisting in the military, Tran Manh Quy pledged to strive diligently in self-improvement, training, and learning, and to excellently fulfill all tasks entrusted to him by the Party, the State, the Army, the Police, and the people.

In a warm and solemn atmosphere, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang, along with leaders of Military Region 3 and leaders of Hai Duong City, presented flowers to congratulate and encourage the young men enlisting in the army, wishing them good health, successful completion of their duties, and contributing their youthful energy to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
