In the period of 2021-2025, despite many difficulties, with the initiative, creativity, solidarity and responsibility, the Ward Women's Union has effectively implemented movements and activities. Many models attract members and suitable thematic models meet the requirements of the Association's tasks and the political tasks of the local Party Committee.

Consulting with the Party Committee on women's work was done promptly, and coordination with the government was effective. At the Congress, delegates discussed and approved 6 basic targets, 2 emulation movements and campaigns; 3 breakthroughs and key tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

In particular, the focus is on supporting women to develop comprehensively to meet the requirements of the new era, building prosperous, happy, progressive and civilized families; mobilizing society to implement gender equality for the development of women; participating in building a clean and strong Party and political system, participating in state management, building the great national unity bloc; developing members and building a strong Union organization; promoting the active and proactive role of the Union organization and women in people's foreign affairs.

Recognizing and praising the results and achievements of the Ward Women's Union and all members in the past time, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phu Luong Ward Party Committee Doan Thi Thu Ha suggested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Ward Women's Union continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots level, closely following the needs and legitimate aspirations of women.

The Association needs to promote emulation movements and campaigns associated with the implementation of local political tasks, especially in building urban government, digital transformation and building a civilized urban lifestyle. At the same time, pay more attention to participating in Party and government building; do a good job of discovering, training and introducing outstanding members to the Party.

Along with that, actively mobilizing members to participate in economic development, start-ups, encouraging models of women helping each other to sustainably reduce poverty, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people; building an increasingly strong Association, truly a reliable support for women.

The Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Phu Luong ward for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the Congress.
