Awakening the strength of the entire people, the Fatherland Front of Hong Son commune identified three breakthroughs

HNP - Promoting the core role in building the great national unity bloc, strengthening supervision, social criticism and accelerating digital transformation are three breakthroughs identified by the 1st Congress of the Fatherland Front of Hong Son commune, term 2025-2030. The Congress took place on September 17 and 18 with the participation of 212 delegates representing all walks of life in the commune.

In a democratic and responsible atmosphere, the Congress evaluated the performance of the Commune Fatherland Front in the past time, and at the same time clearly identified the key orientations for the new term. The political report presented at the Congress showed that since the beginning of the 2024-2029 term, the Hong Son Commune Fatherland Front has promoted its core role in gathering and uniting the people. The Front has mobilized people to actively respond to emulation movements, implemented many practical campaigns, creating clear effects in community life. Notably, the whole commune has mobilized the "For the Poor" Fund for more than 239 million VND, supported the construction and repair of 16 houses, helped 104 households develop production, and awarded over 125 gifts and scholarships to students in difficult circumstances, with a total value of 337.6 million VND. Thanks to that, Hong Son now has no poor households, becoming a bright spot in the sustainable poverty reduction work of the Capital.

Major movements such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Repaying gratitude", "For the poor" were widely deployed, bringing concrete results. Of which, more than 1,160 cadres, members, people and the 544th Engineer Battalion launched a general environmental cleaning campaign, planted more than 1,400 flowers, and beautified the environmental landscape. Social supervision and criticism continued to receive attention with an average of 10 independent supervisions per year, 20 social criticisms; the successful mediation rate reached 94%, contributing to maintaining social stability and enhancing consensus among the people.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Fatherland Front of Hong Son commune has set out a direction to continue innovating the content and methods of operation, diversifying propaganda forms, promptly grasping and orienting public opinion according to the Party's viewpoint. The Congress emphasized three breakthroughs: promoting the core political role; building a team of Front cadres to meet new requirements; strengthening supervision, social criticism, promoting democracy; promoting digital transformation, applying information technology, directing activities to the grassroots and residential areas.

The Congress set the target: 100% of cadres and members are fully informed of the resolution; annually organize at least 3 monitoring programs, 3 criticism contents, 2 meetings to contribute ideas for Party and government building. The Congress also emphasized the need to link the emulation movement with the motto "thinking honestly, speaking honestly, doing honestly, achieving real results, people enjoying real benefits", considering this as the guiding principle for all activities in the new period.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Le Kim Anh praised the outstanding results that the Fatherland Front of Hong Son commune has achieved in the past time; at the same time, he highly appreciated the close leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the close coordination of the government and the consensus and active support of the people. He emphasized that the new term opens up many opportunities but also many challenges, requiring the Fatherland Front of Hong Son commune to continue to do well the task of gathering and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, practicing democracy, strengthening social consensus, diversifying forms of propaganda and mobilization to arouse initiatives and contributions from the people.

The Congress also identified promoting the role of member organizations, the Front Working Committee in the village, along with prestigious people and religious dignitaries in implementing tasks as a key factor, helping the Front truly become a center of solidarity. At the same time, the Hong Son Commune Fatherland Front will improve the quality of emulation movements associated with building advanced new rural areas, protecting the environment, developing green economy , and community tourism; promoting the application of information technology, effectively implementing the "Digital Front" model, building a team of exemplary, courageous, intelligent and dedicated cadres.

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility, the Congress elected 51 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hong Son commune. Comrade Nguyen Thi Binh was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hong Son commune for the 2025-2030 term. This is an important milestone, affirming the determination to unite for the goal of sustainable development, for the happiness of the people and the prosperity of Hong Son homeland.
