I was born in a poor rural area of Phu Yen province. When I grew up, my family sent me to study at the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City and the Party organization sent me to study at the University of Politics in Hanoi.
After graduating from university, I worked as a lawyer and also worked as a union member at Phu Yen Provincial Youth Union. In 2002, I was directly considered and approved by comrade Truong Thi Mai, then the Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union, to become the Secretary of Phu Yen Provincial Youth Union.
After working in many positions in Phu Yen province, in 2018, after the process of discovery, monitoring, consideration and selection, I was proposed by comrade Phan Dinh Trac, then Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, to the Central Organization Commission and the Central Party Secretariat to consider and decide to appoint me as Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
After nearly six years of working at the Central level, today, I have the honor of being approved by the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and being considered by the Politburo for assignment to be Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.
I was very happy, excited and moved when at this important and meaningful Conference, Comrade Truong Thi Mai, on behalf of the Politburo, directly presented the decision to me, with the participation of my Chief Phan Dinh Trac, along with the leaders of the Central Organization Committee, the Central Internal Affairs Committee, the Central Inspection Committee, and the Central Party Office.
I am deeply aware that this is the trust of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Central Organizing Committee and personally Ms. Truong Thi Mai and Mr. Phan Dinh Trac; it is the trust and expectation of the Party Committee, the Government and the People of Lam Dong province for me in the face of the difficulties and challenges facing the current situation of Lam Dong province.
From today, in addition to my hometown Phu Yen where I was born and raised, I would like to ask the Party Committee, Government and People of Lam Dong Province to allow me to become a child of the province. I vow to be attached to it, to devote myself, to work together, and to consider Lam Dong as my second hometown. I respectfully hope that the People of Lam Dong Province will welcome me and consider me as a citizen of the province.

I will strive to work, train, and maintain myself well, unite and bond with my comrades and brothers with great affection, and will live and work with all my heart so that together with the cadres, soldiers, and people of Lam Dong, we will not only make the sun shine but also have more and more beautiful sunshine on our vast, majestic, and beloved land of Lam Dong.
