On the morning of May 9th, Vinh Phuc Power Company held its 2025 Customer Conference to share information on the electricity supply situation in 2025; solutions for efficient and economical electricity use; and load adjustment programs with partners and customers in the province.

Mr. Vu The Nam, Member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Power Corporation, and Mr. Le Minh Tuan, Deputy General Director of the Northern Power Corporation, presented Certificates of Commendation to agencies and businesses.

Following the motto "Electricity leads the way" in economic development, over the years, Vinh Phuc Power Company has focused on investing in and upgrading the province's power grid system. To date, the company manages 14 substations with 26 transformers, with a total capacity of 1,569 Megavolt-Ampere (MVA).

According to forecasts, in 2025, hot weather will be intense, leading to a significant increase in household electricity consumption. The power system in the northern region still faces the risk of peak power shortages during peak hours, especially on hot days from April to August 2025. Therefore, to ensure safe and stable electricity for production and daily life, as well as to achieve the province's double-digit growth target in 2025, Vinh Phuc Power Company has developed electricity supply scenarios, updated load demand factors; proactively formulated and adjusted power system operation plans with the goal of ensuring sufficient electricity supply in all situations; and directed its subordinate units to effectively implement the electricity supply plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee ...

Furthermore, Vinh Phuc Power Company hopes to continue receiving the support and cooperation from customers in saving electricity and optimizing production processes; is ready to participate in load adjustment and load shifting programs; mobilize backup generators; and proactively increase supply by investing in the development of rooftop solar power to reduce pressure on the power grid.
