Accordingly, late on June 15th and early on June 16th, the District 1 Police simultaneously inspected numerous restaurants, eateries, and entertainment venues in the area.

During an inspection of the NAZRIL bar, owned by The Han Co., Ltd. (located at 1 Tran Hung Dao Street), the police discovered numerous violations.
Specifically, this establishment was found to be trading goods of unknown origin; trading in chemicals subject to production and trade restrictions in the industrial sector without the required industrial production and trade license; violating regulations on affixing import stamps to imported alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of 5.5 degrees or higher; and organizing entertainment activities outside of the hours of 8 AM to 12 AM daily.
As a result, authorities seized 6 cylinders of N2O gas (laughing gas), 10 shisha pipes, and 54 bottles of liquor; 144 customers (47 women, 97 men) were taken to the District 1 Police station for drug testing, and 12 men tested positive for drugs.
The police in District 1 also inspected the HO-ME cafe (58 Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward ) and discovered that the establishment was operating beyond permitted hours; selling goods of unknown origin; and trading in chemicals restricted for industrial use without a license.
Twenty-two individuals (19 men, 3 women) were taken to the police station for drug testing, and the results showed that two men tested positive. The police also seized three N2O gas cylinders and five shisha pipes.
Many people were taken to the police station for further investigation and processing according to regulations.
Authorities continued their inspection of LEO Restaurant Co., Ltd. (87A Ham Nghi Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward). On the 13th and 14th floors, police discovered and brought 88 people (44 men, 44 women) to the police station for questioning.
The test results showed one male employee tested positive for morphine. During questioning, he claimed it was from taking cold medicine. Authorities seized 3 canisters of nitrous oxide (laughing gas), 8 shisha pipes, 1 package of shisha tobacco, and 38 bottles of various types of imported liquor.
Currently, the District 1 Police are consolidating the case file and handling the violations of the individuals and organizations involved according to regulations.
