The "National Unity for Building a Culturally Rich Life" movement has been widely implemented and spread throughout society, linked with various campaigns that have contributed to improving the cultural and spiritual lives of the people, creating a vibrant and widespread atmosphere of competition, and serving as a driving force to encourage all strata of the population to participate in economic , cultural, and social development, and to build an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland.

The Dao people of Quyet Tien area, Dich Qua commune, Thanh Son district, perform the Bell Dance and Turtle Dance - distinctive features of Dao ethnic culture.

In 2024, the entire province had 375,472 families meeting the "Culturally Advanced Family" standard, reaching 90.8%; 1,840 areas met the "Culturally Advanced Residential Area" standard, reaching 79%; 100% of communes, wards, and towns have meeting halls that also serve as cultural centers and community learning centers; and 95% of weddings and funerals adhere to civilized customs.

As a district with a large ethnic minority population, Thanh Son district focuses on directing and promoting the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" movement, linked with the "All People Unite to Build New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas" campaign, and implementing the Project to continue preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group and other ethnic minorities in the district from 2021-2025. During the year, 40 community cultural centers were newly built, upgraded, or repaired with a total cost of nearly 20 billion VND. 90.5% of families achieved the status of "Culturally Rich Family," and 88.2% of residential areas achieved the status of "Culturally Rich Residential Area." The district maintained and improved the quality of activities of 185 cultural and artistic clubs; and organized a festival of cultural and artistic clubs throughout the district, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people.

Ho Thi Phu, Head of the Front Committee of Quyet Tien area, shared: Thanks to the successful implementation of the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" movement, the people in the area are always united in building a culturally rich life, adhering to community regulations and customs, and practicing civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, and festivals. Households have successfully implemented the self-governing residential area model regarding the environment, building a bright, green, clean, and beautiful environment; actively participating in the Dao ethnic culture preservation club, the cultural and artistic club, the folk dance club, and the volleyball club, contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life. In 2024, 97 out of 99 families in the area achieved the "Culturally Rich Family" title, including 3 households that achieved the title for 3 consecutive years.

In Tan Son district, the movement to build a cultured way of life has also been promoted, effectively implementing models of self-governing residential areas in culture, society, and security; self-governance in practicing a civilized lifestyle, promoting education and talent, preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the community, collecting waste, and protecting the environment. In 2024, 84.4% of families in the district achieved the "Culturally Advanced Family" status; 100% of families practiced a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals; and 100% of residential areas established and implemented community regulations. During the year, 16 new community cultural centers were built, and 183 cultural and artistic clubs were maintained. These clubs received support in purchasing costumes, props, musical instruments, and sound and lighting equipment to meet the training and performance needs of the commune and residential area art troupes, thus improving the cultural and spiritual lives of the people. Through participation in cultural and artistic clubs, people actively preserve and promote the cultural identity of their ethnic group.

The movement, which has received widespread support from the people, has contributed to building a healthy cultural environment, creating positive changes in social life; preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values ​​of the nation, implementing a civilized lifestyle, and building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.
