Dong Nai wants to auction 37 land plots, collect 18,000 billion VND

(Dan Tri) - Of the 37 land plots that Dong Nai wants to auction, 16 land plots meet the conditions, while 21 land plots need to complete procedures.

Of these, 16 land plots are eligible to be assigned to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to organize land use rights auctions. The remaining 21 land plots require local authorities to complete procedures for land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement, establish detailed planning 1/500 or abridged detailed planning; prepare investment policy approval documents, update housing development programs and plans... to organize land use rights auctions.

Provincial leaders requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and provincial departments to coordinate more closely with localities in completing documents and procedures, especially in the work of preparing 1/500 planning to ensure conditions for putting the land up for auction.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment completes the dossier for the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council for approval of the list of auctioned land areas and plots, and proactively develops a plan to organize land use rights auctions in 2025 and the following years. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems, the units shall report to the Provincial People's Committee for timely direction and resolution.

According to the plan, in 2024, Dong Nai will assign the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to organize auctions of land use rights at 18 land plots with a total area of nearly 471 hectares, worth about VND 5,098 billion.
