Off the coast of Khanh Hoa province, winds will be strong, reaching level 5, sometimes level 6, with gusts of level 7-8; waves will be 2-4m high, and the sea will be rough. In the Truong Sa Special Economic Zone, winds will be northeasterly, reaching level 4-5, with gusts of level 6; waves will be 1.5-2.5m high, and the sea will be rough.

Regarding hydrology, the rivers Dinh Ninh Hoa, Cai Nha Trang, and Cai Phan Rang were all below alert level 1 on the morning of December 5th and are forecast for the day of December 5th.

According to the report from the relevant agency, analysis of weather patterns indicates that from December 5th to 14th, the province will mainly experience cloudy to mostly cloudy weather, with scattered showers in some areas; specifically on December 9th and 10th, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain, with very heavy rain in some localized areas.

Heavy rains are likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas and urban centers. There is a risk of landslides in areas with steep terrain and weak geological foundations. Strong winds and high waves will affect navigation in the sea areas (including the Truong Sa Special Economic Zone).
