Rain forecast for the next 10 days

According to the news of Khanh Hoa Province Hydrometeorological Station, on the day and night of December 5, Khanh Hoa province will be cloudy with rain in some places. Total rainfall will be less than 16mm. The sea off the coast of Khanh Hoa province will have strong winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7-8, waves 2-4m high, rough seas. The sea off the Truong Sa special economic zone will have northeast winds of level 4-5, gusts of level 6; waves 1.5-2.5m high, rough seas.

Rain is forecast to continue in the province in the coming days.

Regarding hydrology, the rivers Dinh Ninh Hoa, Cai Nha Trang, Cai Phan Rang on the morning of December 5 and forecast for December 5 are all below alert level 1.

Also according to the bulletin of the specialized agency, through analysis of weather patterns, from December 5 to 14, in the province, it will be mainly cloudy to cloudy, with scattered showers in some places; from December 9 to 10, there is a possibility of moderate rain, heavy rain, and locally very heavy rain.

Heavy rains can cause flooding in low-lying, urban areas. Landslides should be prevented in areas with steep terrain and weak geology. Strong winds and large waves can affect sea traffic (including the Truong Sa special zone).
