Mr. Ha Van Ngoc (61 years old, residing in Tay Le Van village, A Sao commune, Hung Yen province) believes that the Vietnam Fatherland Front will achieve many successes in the new term, making positive contributions to the development of the country.

Immediately after being informed by the local Party committee and government about the construction of the village main road and the main internal field road in the area, Mr. Ha Van Ngoc's family (Tay Le Van village, A Sao commune, Hung Yen province) voluntarily donated nearly 280 square meters of land and assets on the land to hand over the site to the construction unit for the project. Mr. Ngoc's family is one of the Catholic families that donated the most land for the local government to implement this project.

Mr. Ngoc said that after being informed by local officials about the purpose and significance of the project, he fully agreed and discussed it with his wife and children so that the project could be implemented soon, allowing people to travel on a spacious, clean, and beautiful road. Not only his family, but the movement of donating land for road construction is spreading strongly in the locality with a common goal for the benefit of the community.

Following the opening session of the Congress, Mr. Ngoc expressed his confidence that the Vietnam Fatherland Front would achieve many successes in the new term, making positive contributions to the country's development. He also hoped that the Fatherland Front at all levels would strongly promote its role in social supervision and criticism on issues of public concern, especially policies that benefit the people, key projects, administrative reform, policies on gratitude and compensation, social welfare, and social security.

Over the past period, thanks to the consensus of the people, many key projects in Hung Yen province have been implemented smoothly and quickly, helping to shorten the time and costs of implementation. Contributing to this success is the active involvement of Party committees, government agencies, and the Fatherland Front at all levels in removing bottlenecks and promptly resolving difficulties for the people through dialogue meetings.

Based on the practical implementation of propaganda, dialogue, and social criticism after the two-tiered local government came into operation, Mr. Thieu Nam Thai, Chairman of the Fatherland Front of Vu Thu commune (Hung Yen province), said: To listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the people, as well as to grasp the prominent issues arising in daily life and promptly address them, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune, Pham Thi Nhu Phong, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, Tran Thanh Hai, have directly exchanged views with the people through the "Month of Listening to the People" program and meetings and dialogues with members of the Women's Union, students, and people in the area. In May 2026, Vu Thu commune implemented the "Drinking Tea and Listening to the People" program at the homes of households so that People's Council representatives could interact with and understand the people's thoughts.

Mr. Thieu Nam Thai expressed his confidence that following the success of the Congress, the Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to lead and direct the Fatherland Front at all levels to carry out its tasks, build a solid national unity bloc, promote and improve the quality of social supervision and criticism to resolve outstanding and emerging issues, contribute to improving people's lives, and create closer ties between the government and the people. At the same time, he hoped that the Party and State would pay more attention to the policies and regulations for the associations and organizations that have been assigned tasks; and consider appointing more full-time Vice Chairmen of the Fatherland Front at the commune level to handle these matters.

Recognizing the significance and importance of social supervision and criticism, in recent times, under the guidance of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, the social supervision and criticism work of the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has become increasingly systematic and in-depth, clearly demonstrating the role of the Fatherland Front in participating in building a clean and strong Party and government.

According to the Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province, over the past five years, the Fatherland Front at all levels has organized 5,252 monitoring activities; 7,499 meetings between voters and National Assembly and People's Council representatives at all levels; more than 2,730 dialogue meetings between heads of Party committees and government with the people; and 2,050 social critique activities. In addition, the Fatherland Front at all levels has received, processed, and classified more than 8,440 petitions; closely coordinated with functional agencies and local authorities to successfully mediate 6,753 out of 7,761 cases; and focused on implementing and monitoring public opinion and the people's situation through "Suggestion Boxes" in residential areas, Zalo groups within the Fatherland Front system, and digital connection models and the digital Fatherland Front in residential areas.

Entering a new phase of development, in 2026, in addition to directing socio -political organizations to register monitoring content and develop monitoring plans, the Provincial Fatherland Front will conduct monitoring on many areas. Instead of just checking documents and reports, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province will carry out regular and unscheduled monitoring.

Based on local practices, to better implement social supervision and criticism associated with the two-tiered local government model, in its presentation to the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Hung Yen Fatherland Front proposed several solutions, focusing on innovating thinking and supervision methods according to the motto "Supervision for creation" to create motivation for those being supervised to better perform their functions and duties before the law and the people. To promote the role of post-supervision and accountability, the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations need to resolutely pursue recommendations after supervision; improve the quality of social criticism from the drafting stage; accelerate digital transformation in supervision and criticism activities; regularly understand the thoughts and aspirations of all strata of the people, and the problems and obstacles arising from the grassroots, especially in the operation of the two-tiered local government, in order to propose and recommend to the Party Committee and the government for timely leadership and resolution.

The 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is not only a celebration of national unity, but also a milestone marking a strong transformation in the Front's operational methods. From the success of the Congress, the Party's new policies, decisions, and viewpoints will be vividly concretized in practice, aiming to consolidate and promote the strength of national unity. This is the foundation for building a prosperous, strong, civilized, and happy country, creating a powerful impetus for the nation to steadily advance in the new era.
