At the event, both sides agreed on the pillars of strategic cooperation with a commitment to putting human health at the center. Specifically, they will collaborate on developing a standardized and easily understandable series of medical content on digital platforms, focusing on topics of public interest such as: common diseases by age group, guidance on maternal and child health care, reproductive health care, identification and management of chronic diseases, and proactive prevention of infectious diseases…

In addition, they will coordinate and organize many community health care programs with the participation of many leading medical experts. The two units hope to provide opportunities for early consultation, support people in detecting risks from the outset, thereby proactively preventing and managing diseases, and improving their quality of life.
The two sides also agreed to coordinate the organization of workshops and scientific conferences, expanding opportunities for professionals to access advanced medical knowledge. The long-term goal is to enhance medical capacity and contribute to bringing global medical advancements to Vietnam to serve the community. In addition, they will develop a customer support program to help families easily access specialized care, prevention, and treatment solutions.

According to Ms. Nguyen Do Quyen, Deputy General Director of FPT Retail and Executive Director of Long Chau Pharmacy and Vaccination Center System, with the advantage of a nationwide network, being "close to the people," medical knowledge and health promotion programs will be widely disseminated to people in remote areas and localities that still face many difficulties in accessing essential care.
“The ‘Health 360 Project’ will become a seamless, comprehensive health information and service ecosystem, encompassing prevention to sustainable care. By connecting medical information, developing a solid professional foundation, and spreading community programs, the two units continue to affirm their long-term vision in building a humane and safe healthcare support environment for the people, for a healthier Vietnam,” Ms. Nguyen Do Quyen expressed her expectations.
