In Chau Phu commune, 15 outstanding finalists presented various aspects of the Party's 14th National Congress Resolution and resolutions of Party congresses at all levels from specific perspectives, reflecting their own understanding. Ms. Le Thi Hai Au, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Party Building Committee of Chau Phu commune, stated that propaganda is a crucial part of ideological work, playing a vital role in connecting the Party's will with the people's aspirations, contributing to building a strong Party, and mobilizing the strength of the entire population in the cause of national construction and defense.
“Disseminating the core contents of the Party's 14th National Congress Resolution and the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term plays a huge role in encouraging, motivating, and calling on the entire Party, people, and army to promote patriotism and the strength of national unity, and to quickly put the resolutions into practice. It is also the basis and driving force for us to successfully implement the tasks set out in the new term,” Ms. Le Thi Hai Au shared.
In My Duc commune, 20 contestants from various Party branches and committees under the commune's Party Committee participated in a competition focusing on disseminating and concretizing Party resolutions in line with practical realities at their agencies, units, and localities; clearly demonstrating the role and responsibility of the team of propagandists in the current period. Huynh Thi Hang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of My Duc commune, said: “The competition is an opportunity for the team of propagandists to exchange ideas, learn, and improve their professional skills. Through this, it helps Party members accumulate valuable lessons and experiences to further enhance their proactive and creative role in grassroots propaganda in the new situation.”
Put into practice
Participating in the 2026 Chau Phu Commune Excellent Propagandist Competition, contestant Bui Minh Man from the Binh Long Secondary School Party Branch presented on the topic "Building School Culture in the Spirit of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress". According to Mr. Man, in the context of a rapidly developing society, the impact of digital technology and social media presents the school environment with many opportunities but also numerous challenges. Therefore, building school culture in the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress is not only an urgent task but also a fundamental solution to improve the overall quality of education .
“With my presentation, I want to clarify the role of school culture in the current period, analyzing the core contents in the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party. Based on that, I will relate it to the practical situation at the Party Branch of Binh Long Secondary School and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of building school culture today,” said Mr. Bui Minh Man.
As the Party Secretary of Binh Long Secondary School, after the competition, Mr. Man decided to actively apply the experience he had accumulated to his work. First, he would conscientiously study and thoroughly research the contents of the resolution, and at the same time, incorporate the contents of the resolution into the system of emulation targets, monthly and quarterly reviews and evaluations, and the summary reports of the Party branch and the school. In addition, he encouraged teachers to integrate the propaganda content into their teaching, extending it to students and parents to create consensus and ensure good compliance with the Party and State's policies on education today.
Also participating in the local excellent communicator competition, Mr. Nguyen Phu Loc - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of My Duc commune, said: “I participated in the competition with the theme “Smart agricultural production linked to the value chain”. This will be my personal “capital”, helping me to apply it better when meeting with, communicating with, and mobilizing people to participate in socio -economic development tasks in the locality in the future.”
With its positive significance, the competition for outstanding grassroots propagandists should be maintained and improved year after year. This will gradually build a team of grassroots propagandists with sufficient capacity and experience, who are closely connected to the community and effectively convey the Party's guidelines and policies, as well as the State's laws and regulations, to all segments of the population.
