During the inspection, the team focused on reviewing conditions ensuring food safety such as: legal documents, food safety and hygiene commitment certificates; conditions of facilities and equipment for processing and preserving food; origin of raw materials and water sources used in processing; environmental hygiene, hygiene of the processing area, as well as the implementation of labor protection by those directly involved in food production and business.

During the inspection, most establishments were found to be relatively compliant with food safety regulations; processing areas were clean, utensils were neatly arranged, and food was stored according to regulations. In addition, the inspection team reminded some establishments to continue supplementing and completing relevant documents and to strengthen hygiene practices during operation.
In addition to inspections, the team also directly disseminated information and guided business households to raise their awareness of responsibility in ensuring food safety; requiring establishments to strictly comply with regulations on food origin, hygiene of processing equipment, and safe food storage to prevent the risk of food poisoning.
The inspection contributed to raising awareness and responsibility among organizations and individuals involved in food production and business; and at the same time, enhanced the effectiveness of state management of food safety in the commune, protecting public health.
