
EVNCPC has restored electricity to nearly 1.19 million customers affected by rain and floods.
Currently, only 2,290 customers, equivalent to 0.05% of EVNCPC's total , are still without electricity due to ongoing flooding and disrupted transportation.

Of the 14,019 affected substations, 13,988 have been re-energized, reaching 99.78%, with only 31 substations (0.05%) still in flooded areas and requiring further repairs. The power that cannot yet be supplied is estimated at approximately 2.4 MW, equivalent to 0.06% of EVNCPC's peak capacity.

Currently, only 2,290 customers across EVNCPC still have not had their electricity restored.
In areas where customers are still without power, restoration efforts are being carried out urgently, such as: Gia Lai with 768 customers and 9 distribution substations (estimated unsupplied capacity of 1.5 MW); Dak Lak with 1,512 customers and 21 distribution substations (estimated unsupplied capacity of 0.9 MW); and Khanh Hoa with 10 customers and 1 distribution substation, with an unsupplied capacity of approximately 0.01 MW.

EVNCPC continues to support people by checking and guiding them on safe electricity usage after the meter, and reviewing household electrical systems.
