The Galaxy Z Fold6 outperformed many competitors in battery tests.

The battery life test was conducted by the YouTube channel The Tech Chap with 6 different foldable phone models: Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (4,650mAh); OnePlus Open (4,805mAh); Honor Magic V3 (5,150mAh); Oppo Find N5 (5,600mAh); Vivo X Fold 3 Pro (5,700mAh) and Galaxy Z Fold6.

The devices were all tested under the following conditions: screen brightness of 150 nits, Wi-Fi connection, and performing a range of tasks such as streaming YouTube, recording 4K video , and browsing the web.

The results show that the Z Fold6 achieved a battery life of 8 hours and 46 minutes. Despite having a significantly smaller battery than many competitors, the Z Fold6 outperformed several phones with larger batteries, including: OnePlus Open (7 hours and 9 minutes); Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (7 hours and 33 minutes); and Honor Magic V3 (7 hours and 43 minutes).

The other two foldable phone models, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro and the Oppo Find N5, have battery life of 9 hours and 10 hours and 2 minutes, respectively.

Although not the top-of-the-line device, the Galaxy Z Fold6 still demonstrates superior performance compared to other devices with larger storage capacities.
