RPG Hades is coming to iOS

According to VGC , Supergiant Games' critically acclaimed Hades is coming to iOS. The game will be exclusive to Netflix's gaming service, which offers a variety of mobile games to its paid subscribers. So anyone with a Netflix subscription will be able to download Hades for iOS devices when the game launches.

Hades ' iOS release date has yet to be confirmed, with Netflix currently only saying that the game "will be available exclusively on iOS through Netflix starting next year."

Hades is one of the highest-rated games on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch, with a Metacritic score of 93 across all platforms. The roguelike action RPG was originally released for PC and Switch in September 2020 to critical acclaim.

The game has won numerous prestigious awards since its release, including Best Independent Game and Best Action Game at The Game Awards, five awards at the DICE Awards (including Game of the Year), three awards at the Game Developers Choice Awards (including Game of the Year), and five awards at the BAFTAs (including Best Game).

The next Hades 2 installment was announced last December, with plans for early access for PC players set to take place in Q2 2024.

Netflix has been steadily growing its mobile game library, which currently stands at around 80 titles. Some of the most notable titles currently on the service include Football Manager 2024, Tomb Raider Reloaded, TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, Samurai Shodown, Oxenfree II and Poinpy, all of which have received critical acclaim.
